The KI0024 capacitive detector is a sensor with signal indication for a perfect adjustment of the capacitive switching point. These object recognition and position sensors are ideal for installation in poultry farms, as they detect bulk materials or liquids.
The capacitive detector detects metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, wood, paper, oils, fats, water and all aqueous materials without contact and indicates this by means of a switching signal.
The accumulation of residues, changes in the material, etc. They are indicated directly on the sensor, so that the switching point can be readjusted, if necessary. This allows incipient errors to be detected and corrected in advance and minimizes the risk of breakdowns or disconnections.
The KI0024 capacitive detector is always close to the point of interest. Its switching distance between 1 and 25 mm makes it suitable for virtually all types of mounting conditions and gives it great flexibility for use in a large number of applications.
These sensors made by IFM have a remarkable resistance. Interference, dirt, dust and mist in the ambient air affect them as little as electromagnetic interference. They can be used in automatic assembly applications.
